      England and Wales to play each other to qualify for a 4 Nations competition. If the playoff ends in a draw then neither qualifies

        It's a good idea in theory but as previously said some the fixtures would be a recipe for crowd disaster. I think a Celtic League, like they do in rugby, would be the best idea for keeping these kind of problems to a minimum.

        No offence to England fans but the last think I want to see is any repeats of the last time England visited Landsdowne Road.
