Not at all. Why do you think he's always pissed off? works hard training youngsters and he's not happy with the state of grassroots footy. He probably doesnt earn much and yet he has to sit and watch these fools at the FA sitting there earning millions for failure whilst he gets next to nothing for trying to work hard and make a difference

bloody well said by Johnstone, he's just highlighted what a lot of people (on here as well) have been saying for sometime now, the technique and close control of our kids is just not being worked upon as much as it is abroad. We really do need to focus on our kids, teach them to use both feet, close control, first touch, passing on the floor, get them playing on smaller pitches and perfecting these skills instead of a general kick and rush/win at all costs mentality.
