Errrr, no, last time I checked, the police didn't have to arrest you to talk to you. Usually they'd just, errrrr, well, just talk to you. Unless you're a suspect of some sort of another, however vaguely.
"Right Mr Redknapp, I have to tell you we're arresting you on suspicion of not talking to us. You have the right to remain silent...."

Loads of clients, he started off with mostly Old firm players, then started handling alot of the transfers of players from France coming to the UK. Djimi Troare, Amdy Faye etc etc. He's got tons.
