Its run for Setanta by ITN in London. Setanta just provide the name and rights to use footage and their reporters/presenters.

Do they not realise that men will watch it if only to flick on a see what women is presenting it...but there is more men on it and at times two men presenting it

Whats this non tie thing about are they trying to be a more casual laid back channel....trying too hard
