Arsenal are looking top notch this season. I thought villa would get a draw today. Arse had no Fabregas, no Van Persie but still won.Originally posted by desertscouser View PostThey're undoubtedly the best side in the country at the moment but i can't see them playing at this level all season.
The African Nations will hit them hard but it'll need to. We must stay with them and hope they run out of steam but you can't help but admire the way they play.AKA Heighway No9

Will it really hit them hard? Not sure of which countries have qualified, but i know Togo havent, so they wont lose Adebayor. Not sure about the likes of Toure, Diaby, Sagna, Diarra and Eboue.Originally posted by Sir Bob View PostArsenal are looking top notch this season. I thought villa would get a draw today. Nothing too problematic for them though, i dont think.

Toure, Eboue- Ivory Coast
Song- Cameroon
Thats it. They will miss three players. Song hardly plays for them however if they get some injuries during that time, it could be problematic. Chelsea will suffer more. Drogba, Kalou, Essien, Mikel

Watched the second half of the game and it just showed that they can defend when needed. They just had a determination to not concede. That game just gave me the feeling that no matter how good we are this season that Arsenal will win the league. When the beat Newcastle on wed they will be 9 points ahead of us (ok we will have a game in hand but they will have the points). This will be a big lead to break down.Originally posted by certifiable View PostI'm really happy with us this year and our progress, but slowly starting to think that Arsenal are looking like replicating "the invincibles" era they had few seasons back.
And if that's the case it's gonna be mad frustrating, it already is beginning to be.
