The Scottish FA has said him resigning has nothing to do with them. He claimed its transfer policy. He sold like £6 million-ish worth of players and only spent £330,000. Makes sense in my opinion to leave

I saw him interviewed about their new training facilities and he seemed happy about things and denied the Scotland job rumours. Still the tales of minibus trips across town to scab a pitch didn't make it sound like the most flush of financial scenarios.
