Both O'Neill and whoever is in charge of their academy deserve credit. They have improved immeasurably since O'Leary left and despite the Learner takeover they probably haven't spent as much as the likes of Sunderland or Fulham.

I like the fact they always seem to have some homegrown players in the squad as well.
