Possibly - but he'll score a lot of goals in the meantime though.

i wouldn't take it for granted,we all expected ****chenko to score a load, sometimes what we all expect/take for granted doesn't happen, but everyone will be expecting him to score, then leave

I got really excited for about 10 seconds when I saw the breaking news....

I caught the end of "anelka signs for 15 million on a 4 and a half year contract"

and then the next line started....

            "Liverpool have signed........"

honestly thought we'd pulled it out of the bag
Contrary to popular belief, I have huge genitals.

I thought he'd be available for about £10m given how desperate he was to leave but credit to Bolton, they've played a bit of hard ball with Chelsea and managed to wangle £15m for him. They need to put that money to seriously good use now though if they want to stay up, especially as Diouf is also away on African Nations duty

Yep, not sure how he will fare for Chel$ki but I am sure that Bolton are now in massive danger of relegation. They relied on him hugely to score goals. He has scored 10 out of their 23 Premiership goals this season!

My prediction for him at Chelsea is that he and Drogba wont get on at all well. Could be interesting until the summer when they look to offload Drogba.

Their styles should be very compatible indeed, and could produce some breathtaking play. Whether their personalities fit together is anyones guess.

Will be interesting when Drogba is back from the ANC though. With two like those up front you need width, so SWP and Cole will pretty much have to start unless they play Anelka wide in a 4 3 3. The interesting bit will be how they fit Mikel, Essien, Lampard and Ballack into 2 spots in midfield though.
