    Managerial musical chairs.

Right, seems to me there could be a few top manager positions opening up this season depending on who or what you believe.

AC Milan and Barcelona are both reported to be looking at new managers as well, of course , as us.

So who will be going where, three top clubs, Liverpool, Barcelona and AC Milan. The big names in the hat are
    • Carlo Ancelotti AC Milan
    • Frank Rijkaard Barcelona
    • Marcello Lippi Free Agent
    • Jose Mourinho Free Agent
    • Rafa Benitez Liverpool

    Your predictions ?

I'm convinced Mourinho will go to AC Milan but Balague, Hunter and the rest continue to insist Barca want him - which amazes me. I thought he'd burned his bridges with Barca and the type of football his teams play would totally alienate the Barca supporters.

Hunter reckons Barcelona and Mourinho are a match made in heaven at the moment.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

      Rijkaard to Milan.
      Mourinho to Liverpool.

Yeah, that seems to confuse me as well. Mourinho is anti-football. Something the Catalan faithful would hate to see. They like flair players like Ronaldinho and Messi and Rivaldo and Cryuff. Wonder if he was to go to Barca, would he replace Ronaldinho?

On other news, Bojan is in the Spain full squad

I heard a report on 5live the other day from Sid Lowe saying that Mourinho was in talks with Barcelona.

I hope that Rafa stays at Liverpool, but I would not overly mind:

          Mourinho - Barcelona
          Benitez - Milan
          Rijkaard - Liverpool

Rijkaard does have his teams playing with freedom and they play some lovely stuff.

            Rijkaard why? Seen his record?

            Holland- Semis (decent)
            Rotterdam- relegated
Barcelona- first season - runners-up (quite good considering they were close being relegated)
            Second and third season- winners
Fourth season- runners up (handed the title away to Real)

He has still failed to keep the Barcelona camp together after last years kerfuffle with Eto'o and Ronaldinho. He has had a ton of money to achieve what he did.

He at times is very tactically inept i.e playing Iniesta at left back against Liverpool Fair enough, his side plays fantastic football but he seems to be a manager who can't gain an awful amount of respect from the players with Ronaldinho constantly defying Rijkaard after coming back from Brazil.

Great winner of things but not for us, probably for AC Milan or Ajax.

I agree with the possibilty of Mourinho coming to Liverpool, but cannot see Rijkaard going to milan.

Must be a chance of Real Madrid changing again. They even do if they win the league
