He has only lasted this long because he plays for Wales.
Let me explain, if he played for England, every two years, he would have had to play in a tournament and possibly would have been knackered at the start of each season and possibly could have got injured in the process as well.

You mean like Sheringham? Frankly that assessment is horse****.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Yes, it's possibly true, but it's also possibly not. We'll never know.
Regardless of this, 100 Euro games is a superb achievement, so fair play to him.
Well, here we are in a room with two manky hookers and a racist dwarf. I think I'm heading home.
and played in World Cups and Euro Championships, while at the same time prolonging his top flight career well in to his 39th year.

Hopefully you don't talk half bollocks like that in your place of work or you'll face the sack sooner rather than later.
He is playing for Colchester whilst Giggs is playing for the Scum.
Sheringham's 41, Giggs is 34. Sheringham was still playing top flight football at 40 years old and only recently dropped down a division. He also made his last England appearance in 2002 at the age of 35, Giggs has already retired from internationals.
Frankly, I don't think you know what you're talking about.

Sheringham played for West Ham in the Championship a few seasons ago. They got promoted and he played a bit part role playing the odd game here and there.
Giggs meanwhile is considered an integral part of the Scum team and plays the majority of the games.
Now, you are telling me that playing for your country during a gruelling summer can't affect your performance during a season?
