        It depends on the environment mate. If it's in an area where there's bright lights etc ... it won't act as bright.

            Wavelength - whats the effective wavelength of the laser.
            At the power a laser pen is capable of (I see the photo says 100mw - no chance) and the distance involved, it'd be no different than shining a torch at your eyes from a few feet.

                Everybody presumes it was lazer pen. Maybe somebody was going to do a job on the cunt and it was a laser for a sight of an automatic weapon.
