He's one of those 'stars' who cant handle not being in the spotlight, needs to be loved by the public.

Also another example of the destruction caused by boozing

Are you speaking as a Psychiatrist, or someone who knows Gazza?

Apparently he was wandering around the corridors of the hotel naked with three battery operated parrots which were squawking "Give us a kiss" or something at terrified guests

Wandering round a hotel naked? Its not quite a "Gary Charles" moment though is it?

The bloke is an arsehole, he has had enough chances to sort his act out. You can take the man out of Newcastle etc etc...

            Zero sympathy from me.

Those that killed her, were following the law.

Wasn't he a manager of a club a few years ago?

I've heard that he's been sectioned and sent to an institution for idiots and losers. Kevin Keegan has personally welcomed him, saying, " It's good to see him back here"

                    Diabolical and completely moronic.

I hope none of your family ever get struck down by manic depression and/or alcoholism.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

As an outside observer but I think it is a very reasonable assertion. I think anyone would be affected by the levels of praise and adulation Gazza recieved and it;s loss would be disorientating. For someone with pre-existent problems that can't be easy to cope with.

the wife battering will obviously tarnish my image of him. But as there's obviously something mentally wrong with him could go a long way to explain it, if his family and friends have tried to help then the blame rests with him.

This is where having a manager of the ilk of slur alex would of potentially helped him or atleast given him a chance.
Its times like these we learn to live again FF

                            Kettering I think

Sad to see such a talent end up what he is today. It's hard though - yeah he comes across as a bit of a cock sometimes, but from what I've read, he had a **** childhood, counselled at the age of 9 or something.

Hopefully this'll do him some good & he'll sort himself out. He is only 40 afterall

poor gazza, it's been a steady downward spiral for him

he seems a decent guy, just can't stay out of his own way

maybe a change of scenery would help, getting out of england and the public eye so he can sort himself out
