Sky refusing to show replay on grounds of horrific nature of injury. Poor *******. Life/career changing **** this. Thoughts go out to the lad.
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

Just goes to show. We constantly talk of our future regarding Gerrard, Torres etc. It can be taken from you in a second can't it?

hope it's a speedy recovery for the lad
We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

Not seen the incident, but it sounds absolutely horrific. Best wishes to the lad, I genuinely hope he makes a full and speedy recovery.

If the Birmingham player who got a red card for it is in any way culpable then he needs to hang his head in shame.

Real shame for Arsenal as well, they dont have the strongest squad and I hope this doesnt derail their title charge

I saw the incident in real time and it didn't really seem that bad/malicious TBH. Obviously haven't seen any replays so I might be wrong.

Sounds really nasty. From the Guardian's report:

9 min: The game has been stopped as Eduardo gets treatment from physio Gary Lewin, and may remain so for some time. The suggestion is that this injury is similar to the one suffered by Coventry defender David Busst at Old Trafford in 1996. Taylor went straight down the tunnel looking distraught. The Arsenal players are to a man shaken; Fabregas (who was first on the scene and immediately knew the gravity of the situation) looks close to tears.

                        Poor guy
That rug really tied the room together.

Shame - if its that bad he'll do well to walk again never mind play. Great finisher too.
