Add Coraddo Grabi to the list - didn't Souey pay about £7M for him and he lasted one season? And couldn't score for toffee? Or what about Stephane Gui'varche? Another Newcastle flop (did nothing apart from score against us - wonder how many other **** players we're generous to). Or Andreas Andersson.
Then, as my City supporting mate always reminds me, there's "Buster" Phillips (think this was his name). Alan Ball brought him in and declared he would be the first £10M player - only for him to end up at Exeter a few months later
