I'm with Nicey on this one. As far as I'm concerned this falls well within the subject matter of our re-invigorated league challenge and should therefore be incorperated within the confines of the Liverpool FC forum.

I'm starting to get a (blindly optimistic) good feeling about the season run in at the minute. It could happen!!!!
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Well mate .. Rafa pulled off the impossible in Spain under similar circumstances and I am reminded of one night when we were 3 Nil down in the Champions Lg final getting absolutely pasted ... and some of us still dared to believe

I guess there is hope in the way Derby played against United. The Mancs don't seem on great form but god did Bolton look poor at the weekend. They don't look like they could score in a brothel - I think they are down to be honest.

They did look poor to a side which was down to 10 men for virtually the whole game. I think Megson needs his side to give a performance like they did against Bayern which is going to be difficult. I can't see where they are going to score from. Set pieces? Free kicks? I hope Guthrie scores the winner.

They are pish. Even more so without Jussi and no quality striker either. If Man Utd play their strongest team they will comfortably walk over this Bolton team

Even resting some of their players tomorrow - UTd will win this by at least 2 goals. Bolton are down. End of.

So much for Megson being their messiah.

Let's hope they go to Old Trafford ala Royle's dogs of war and they kick lumps out of the United players.

Suspensions and injuries would be ideal at this stage of the season.
