Not just footballers, usually any tosser who is loaded. There was some guy who had a ferrari near why i used to work and he always parked on double yellows, on a main street in a **** of a place to park just outside a bar/cafe place. I must have seen him parked there 3/4 times and have tickets on his windscreen - he used to sit in the window so he could see his car and just laugh when they put a ticket on it.

It's cheaper to pay the fine than find a parking space. Diouf used to do it all the time. He used to park down by our office more or less twice a week. He'd get a ticket every time but it didn't seem to deter him.
