Half time at Stade France- France 1-0 England
Ribery's cool penalty separates these sides at half time in what has been a pretty much mundane half with very little action at both sides.
England have dominated the game and have had half chances with Gerrard who twice headed wide and Rooney straight at the keeper but the defining moment in the half came when John Terry was out of position and Anelka outpaced his Chelsea teammate and was tripped in the box by David James who must have been feeling some sort of de ja vu from Lisbon 2004. The resulting penalty was dispatched by the talented Ribery.Comment
