We win tomorrow, that gives us four games to go with five points plus a massive goal difference (count that as a point) and Everton still need to play Chelsea and Arsenal. Four spot is ours!

Come on Portsmouth - I'd love Everton to finish in 6th place.

Yes Yes, Chelsea & Arsenal, then Villa & Newcastle, a Neverton fan on the Radio yesterday said they had an easier run in than us, what the **** was he on about, that's a nasty run in they have.

Ok, so i think they only have Arsenal away, but those home games will be points dropped for sure. Also that game today will be a big let down, they will have expected 3 points, then to score late in the game only to see Brum equalise will be deflating.

It will be hard for them to stay positive now.

You'd think by watching the Chelsea game that there is only 12 men and a dog watching but it seems packed which reminds me of a joke a mate of mine told me.

What is the difference between Stamford Bridge and space?

                        Stamford Bridge has no atmosphere

What happened to Lampard? He was originally named to start the game, was he injured in the warm-up??

                                Half Time Chelsea 0-0 Wigan

This has been very disappointing from Chelsea. They are clearly lacking that creative spark and have been limited to just the single chance which fell to new signing Anelka who looped a header six yards out and was tipped over majestically by Chris Kirlkand.

Steve Bruce will be the happier of the two managers who clearly has sent out his side to stay disciplined and try to break whenever Chelsea through numbers forward.

Boos ringing at half time will give Avram Grant some food for thought. I suggest Joe Cole should come on for John Obi Mikel as there isn't much need for three central players as Wigan aren't controlling the game and don't look like keeping the ball at all times.
