This could be the day that Chelsea's title chase was over. Chelsea made the best possible start to the second half with the inspirational Joe Cole making a massive difference. Essien scored a thumping shot and couldn't extend the lead and it cost them big time. In stoppage time, a wicked cross in the danger zone and volleyed in by Emile Heskey.
