Edit: sorted it now.

How often are we allowed to change our team? Can I drop a player (say Ramos) who's not playing today to ensure Frei plays, and then restore Ramos in time for Spain's first game? Or are we stuck with our team for the first round of fixtures?

Click on My Team, underneath the player you want to replace click on the arrow pointing down .

If you want to replace a player for good then click on the transfer button and click on the same button, as above, to remove player and then chose a new player.

Captains

You must nominate a member of your team to be captain. This player will score double the number of points they would usually have been awarded that Matchday.

If your captain does not play then the bonus will be lost. Another player will not take over the captaincy in their place.

I'm assuming you can only change your captain each round/set of games. Dunno!!

I think its exactly the same as fantasy premier league. You have deadlines for each round and your team counts for each particular round of games. Any changes you make only count for the next round of games after the given deadline
