Goal of the Tournament - Tough one but I'll go for Nihat's against the Czech. Sneijder's goals against France and Italy, plus Ballack's beautifully true strike against Austria, were probably better goals - but Nihat's wonderful finish - helped aesthetically by going in off the bar - was a wonderful moment and a great goal.

Player of the Tournament - They went early but Wesley Sneijder stood out as a world class footballer.

Match of the Tournament - Czechs v Turkey

Surprise of the Tournament - Turkey

Memory of the Tournament - Too many to choose just one. Spain's brilliant football, Holland's early swagger in dismantling two crumbling and creaking European giants, Turkey's incredible exploits, the late goals, the refreshing football. All in all I'll remember it as the tournament that reinvigorated my interest in international football.

Flop of the Tournament - 1. Toni, 2. Gomez, 3. Benzema

Forgot to do mine:

Goal of the Tournament- Sneijder vs Italy. Team goals can be cocked up unlike a piece of individual genius. I would also say Schweinsteiger vs Portugal but it didn't involve such speed as the Dutch's counter

Player of the Tournament- Marcos Senna. Superb and consistent throughout the tournament. Closed off all spaces and cleared off Arshavin and Ballack

Match of the Tournament- Too many to choose from. Just for sheer drama and unbelievable action, Turkey vs Czech Republic

Surprise of the Tournament- It would be obvious to say Turkey but I am going for how poor both France and Italy were

Memory of the Tournament- Torres's finish, of course.

Flop of the Tournament- Gomez, Toni and the whole of France.
