Thanks, clearly a good goal but i reckon the Argentine goal from 06 was better and played at a much faster pace

Barcelona v LFC was a cracking team goal. Marc Overmars to make it 3-1. Something like 46 passes, we get one touch and then about 80 passes, followed by a dink past the keeper.

Here it is. He rounds the keeper at the end though.

Can someone PM me and tell me how to embed YouTube clips on here? I used the Embed code, but it is not working. Thanks!

Best footballers ever - their ball control, passing, dribbling etc was incredible.

the only thing different about futsal is the accumilation of fouls, meaning that when a team makes the fifth foul there's a free kick for the opposite team, about 11 meters from goal without a wall to protect the goalie.

oh and its played on a handball court not a smaller football pitch

don't know how u play 5-a-side, but ours(i'm from slovenia) doesn't differ that much to futsal...

9 times out of ten, 5-a-side rules are usually quite simple

Only the keeper allowed inside the area, most people play head height rules, some leagues have more strict rules - if the keeper rolls it out ot you, you can't immedieatley go straight back to him, you have to pass it to at least one person before it goes back - etc etc

amongst our mates, over a period of time we have devoloped our own set of rules thats suits us. Ie we don't bother we head height, as the pitch is slightly smaller than a normal five a side pitch - when we played head height it was stop start all the time due to deflections etc and it got annoying. plus being a smaller pitch we allow people in the area, but not to score,

i love five a side, maybe more than playing 11-a-side

usually in futsal there's the rule that when the goalie passes to his team mate the ball has to go over the halfway line in order for it be allowed to get passed back to the keeper

we also strip down the rules, when playing amongst friends or local tournies(no foul accumulation, keeper allowed over halfway line etc.)

how big is the goalie's area in your case?

we ussually play on handball courts(area around 6 meters from goal, in half-circle), so players are allowed in area and score from there

Really? I love playing 11 a side. The whole interaction with the players, having your own little battles on the pitch with players on your side of the pitch, working together as a proper cohesive unit. 5 a side is great but it goes so fast, you don't have time to enjoy it. 11 a side is more of a match of chess, IMO.

I loved Manuel Negrete's goal for Mexico in the 86 world cup and hurt myself many times over trying to replicate it.
