Yeah he was injured and then Lescott got in there and kept him out. Moyes told both Baines and Lescott that this was a temporary solution and Baines had a future at left-back with Lescott at centre-back.

Wouldnt be the player is now thought, would have been in the reserves and we'd say get rid. Wish we could loan some of our youth out to other premierships team but what player was ever loaned and went on to be great for us?
