Yeah just heard, the Indian Billionaire will approach them. The prem is going to get tougher me thinks, this would put them on a par with the Chavs wealth wise, this guy is seriously rich, in the Abrahamovic - Sheik(DIC) bracket.

        Aye that would do it.

But seriously....They say it wont happen in time for this season, but that the fella is mega rich.

As if having the Chav fans suddenly sounding like Scum fans lately wasn't enough, i don't know that i could handle the Geordies giving it the same.

**** them. I couldn't give a **** what they or anyone else does as long as rafa keeps building the team. I bet it doesn't even happen. As long as spongebob is their manager we have nothing to worry about

No i think this ones for real.......the story will break major tomorrow when the approach is made proper.

I do agree with your '**** em' sentiments, but i cant ignore it, the prem is getting some seriously rich owners, which does affect us whether we like it or not. Oh Bugger.

If they are filthy rich then they'd probably get rid of Keegan and get in a world class manager as they'd be able to offer **** loads.

Of course they would, if not immediately, but eventually.

The running of whole club would change from top to bottom.

The first thing the new owners should do is ban fat, shirtless fans from the crowd.

The Profitable Group denies it is in talks with Newcastle and does not intend to have talks with the Premier League club. (BBC Sport, 1012 BST)

Indian firm Reliance Communications have denied they are in talks about taking over Newcastle, after speculation chairman Anil Ambani was speaking to Magpies owner Mike Ashley. (Reuters, 0831 BST)

Some strange stuff ongoing at Newcastle looks like, first the American's coming out saying Ashley approached them and not the other way round as was reported, now this, some dirty scheme is afoot.

I think Ashley wants out badly having found out how hard it is to finance a PL team and is trying to make it look like he is trying not to loose face in front of the Geordie nation by making it look like offers came in that could take the club to the next level when in reality he just wants people to know he is in the market to sell the club.
