What difference does it make which court it was at? Don't see what point you're trying to make there?

These scum would have got the same sentence anywhere....if they'd gone to prison it would have been 6 months tops anyway, and out in 3 or less.

that ****ing big fat cunt throwing a series of punches! - how did he not get sent down! - could the evidence be any more imcriminating - you can see him clearly attacking people on a train, it's on camera, it's blatant assualt that they admitted too and yet stay out of jail!! ****in shocking!! -

my mate got sent to jail for gbh, cause he was in a pub in the lakes, out on his own as he was working up there - he obv stood out as an ott being from liverpool, a few lads started on him and he had fight with three of them, the bouncers then dragged him outside and threw a few punches at him, the police arrived and see a drunken scouser bene onvovled in some trouble and was immediatly locked up! - suprisingly the statements from the bouncers and the locals were all identical, "my mate went in and started it all etc etc", shock horror, the cctv videos went missing! - so it went to a local court in the lakes, my mate, one scouser's word against about 20 or so locals who all knew each other and were related in some way - it was his word against theirs and their solicitors went to town on him - next thing he knew he was doing 6 months in jail! - gutted, although he wasn't an angel - he certainly wasn't a cunt, gob****e etc like you see and hear about everyday! and the evidence etc was so dodgy!

So how can people involved in a blatant attack like these middlesborough fans get away with it!
