Very bad, although we already know you're a clean living guy with the promotion of fresh fruit in your avatar. Well done sir.

love the quote - "chelsea are delighted with the outcome" haha no ****ing ****,

what i would like to see, say if chelsea recieved the money - or maybe just maybe in this day and edge some sense prevailed, Mutu and Chelsea reach an agreement where either mutu gives the more to a drugs related charity, or he pays chelsea a cut down price and they donate the money to a charity, some kind of addicts in recover etc - but a ferw million where it's ****ing needed!

won't happen like, but it would be nice - we could do with a new pool table down the clinic and the mini bus is a bit old and battered, the *******s haven't organised a day out for us in months!
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Sorry who sacked him? The player was banned and he seen out his ban. If anybody should be made an example of its Chelsea for their ridiculous spending. On one hand Blatter and Platini are moaning about the financial muscle clubs like Chelsea have and on the other hand they are backing them in this situation..........

Chelsea should suffer their own consequences. Its them that have been splashing out ridiculous fees for players and paying them and agents stupid money. As a result other clubs are struggling trying to keep up.

Fifa should be making an example out of Chelsea here not Mutu

They shouldnt have sacked him then, should have suspended him and then sold him on.

They can **** off, and so can FIFA. No way should he be paying that money. As they said in the BBC report, Mutu had no power over how much those thick cunts splashed out for him.

FIFA are the biggest two-faced ******s of the lot. The money they make from the World Cup, the whole taxfree money/profit they make, the incredible amount of corruption and ******ism with money that goes on in that establishment, they should **** right back off to Babylon.

There was a HUGELY interesting website I found back in 2006 at the World Cup, which had all the facts and figures of how much money FIFA actually make, the endorsements, the tax-free money, the total hypocrisy, it was a figure quoted in the BILLIONS!! Unbelievable, unfortunately, the website was in German (seeing as the World Cup was in Germany), but after I had read it, I just couldn't believe the mafia-style corruption/moneygrabbing that was going on, beyond belief!

And the Chavs are NO DIFFERENT, it's amazing how those utter UTTER cunts can even come out saying 'Mutu OWES us 14 MILLION POUNDS', utter disgrace, I ****ing hate football at times like these where some cunts with better 'lawyers' get themselves a huge slice of the cake.

So ****ing what he took coke, every other cunt out there does too, he just got unlucky, anyone who thinks it's morally RIGHT to demand that sort of fee from player saying 'Yea, but but but, he ****ing gross misconduct, contract, blabla****ingblah', need their heads checked.

Then again, I have had some drinks, however, I feel strongly about this, especially those UTTER FIFA ****ers, they're the worst of the lot, those hypocritical arseholes from hell!

Fifpro are helping Mutu appeal this on the baiss that he has been discriminated against on basis of nationality, arguemnt runs that if he was an english palyer caught doing coke he would not have been sacked and/or made to pay this fine.

Of all the defences in the world that is a bizzare line to take (sorry about that )

                Are you defending him?

The figure is utter nonsense. As previously mentioned he didn't put this figure on himself so it's complete crap and what authority does FIFA have legally? None. They can bad him and that is it. Should FIFA be supporting players with problems (I'm not saying this is a problem per se) and surely players are insured by clubs.

Imagine Real buy Ronaldo and he turns out to be a coke head. Nobody in the world takes a 70+m gamble.

Conclusion; he is a prick, FIFA are pricks, Roman is a prick and Chelsea FC are a cuntery of a club.

                  haha, I wish!

I do agree with you, Mutu didnt put that price on his head, he's done his time and that should be it. But as you say the lot of them are pricks and they deserve each other ina perverse way.

I could understand if Chelsea had kept him on and had to keep paying his wages while he was suspended that they might have been able to sue to claim back wages while he couldn't play, but that's about it. Transfer fee is unrelated to the player
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Surely FIFA don't have the power to enforce this though, I would have thought Chelsea would have had to sue Mutu in a court of law to get the money.

The only power FIFA have is to suspend him until he pays up.

but then possibly that will open up a restriant of trade/free movement of worker counter claim by Mutu.
