Damn Spurs are jammy! 'drew' both a QF and SF but progressed on away goals rule. Aguero's penalty gets saved to give them a win at home and avoid City getting an away goal. Then they score their 3rd goal at Ajax in the last of 5 minutes of added time, when there were hardly any stoppages at all (+3 is generous enough).

They're not jammy at all, they played until the very end and showed guts and determination. Nothing was handed to them.

Sounds a lot like us actually!

They did. We should not be arrogant or dismissive of them. They've had a good season and we will need to work hard.

We can and should win the final but it's by no means a gimme.

I don't think Ajax would have been any easier but I'd have been happier with them. I don't like meeting other English teams in Europe.

This Liverpool team are on a whole different level, we will beat them to a man, to a supporter to a manager, we will beat them over every blade of grass. This team has been there many many times now, its time to step up and cross the line.

I thought Spurs in that second half played some absolutely fantastic football, but there is no way we will let them move the ball around like that in the final.

Really wanted Ajax in the final, if somehow we lose to Spurs we will never ever hear the end of it, it would be unbearable. Have to smash these cunts in the final

they don't give up, good side & good manager. Given that Ajax did tired in the 2nd half of both legs but credit to Spurs. I would like to think our experience in finals will come into play & am hoping that we have a fully fit side by the time the final comes around.

Would have preferred Ajax, even if they are unpredictable, they are also naive and their defence is a joke. Spurs most effective player of the City and Ajax game that have got them through is Llorente and he won't start as Arry will demand to play. We will see how they handle the pressure of a European final.

Ajax looked totally exhausted, especially the Eminem looking fella who could hardly stand. That won't happen against us, we have looked stronger and stronger as the season goes on. I wish the game was next week though

We proper need to dismember these in the final

Let them. The more confident they are the more it will play in to our hands

Youthful exuberance and naivety. Like my first time having sex, they gave it their all at first but had nothing left half way through. It was embarrassing in the end.

Did it end with a middle-aged man sinking to his knees and crying?

I was hoping Ajax would hold on, but the way the stadium went from bouncing to silence was hilarious. Thank **** that didn't happen to us.
