More misery at the hands of Hull coming up my friend
"Through me the way into the suffering city,
Through me the way to the eternal pain,
Through me the way that runs among the lost.
Justice urged on my high artificer;
My maker was divine authority,
The highest wisdom, and the primal love.
Before me nothing but eternal things were made,
And I endure eternally.
Abandon every hope, ye who enter here."
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

I feel a bit sorry for them in some respects because they got ****ed over with Berbatov with no time to get a replacement and we kind of poached Keane off them. To lose your 2 first choice strikers that close to the beginning of the season is unlucky. They shoudl have been planning for it since June though.

Difficult one; they did have time to replace Keane and we did pay a premium for him and as for Berbatov, it was obvious he'd been courting a move to United for a long time - to wait until the twelfth hour until letting him go was ridiculous.
They should have swallowed the bitter pill of moving the two on (for £50m remember!!) and brought some replacements in!

Totally agree - all of their recruitment problems were self inflicted.

Really cant believe that they couldnt score into Hull. WTF
I think people are underestimating how good Hull have been. They have been a genuinely good team this year and Phil Brown seems to have an excellent understanding of how to play as under dogs in the PL and of his squad (which seems to be largely different to last season). They also have the considerable advantage of an ex-Cambridge player as captain
