****in hell, if that's right about Spurs, that they may join the likes of Citeh, Chavski, Psg, etc, how much of a put off is it for lfc to be situated in Liverpool ffs!
The clubs that have been bought before us, and by people with what is in reality unlimited wealth, how the hell have we been by-passed, and why do we continue to be by-passed!?
Is it really, really! all down to the location?
Are we really such an unattractive a proposition, or is it that these people want clubs who've not had great success in the past ? So they can make their own history ?
I don't know, but it's an ongoing conundrum why we haven't been the serious target of one of these mega rich buyers, because restoring Lfc to it's former glory would be just as rewarding, you'd think so anyway.

Yeah i know, but how about buying up some of Liverpool too! Spread the wealth!Originally posted by dom9 View PostMiddle easterners own more of London by value than Londoners these days so it's a logical progression. As they say, it's another investment in their portfolio.
Quite a bit of Manchester going the same way too, it's just so damn unfair that Liverpool constantly loses out, not just in this situation, but generally, and has done for decades!

Adebayor has received £18,500,000 in wages since signing for the Tottenham in 2012, working out to £342,593 per appearance
The Adebayor and Lloris hybrid.
Good deal for Villa.
