Spurs transfer policy seems to be a bit upside down Rose, Dier, Walker & Dele all bought for peanuts and worth a fortune, Yet every time they spend money it fails miserably......Sissoko, Janssen, Lamela etc_____________________________________
Weak willed, Wank or do they have a masterplan?
Think we have the answer..Slot!!

His great skill is in the timing of his shots. He connects millimetres from the defenders boot making a block and as such, catches the keeper off guard. Not to mention that he's very accurate at finding the corners of the goal, doesn't often shoot straight at the keeper.Originally posted by Irishnev View PostThat Kane is a flash in the pan I tell ya! Looking at his goals tonight - a tap in and the keeper was **** for 2 of the other 3, he is just lucky surely...
He works ****ing hard, uses his strength well and has game intelligence.
The type of player Slur Alex would have blown his entire budget on.Was muß, das muß.

I am fully on board the Kane bandwagon, he is like Roberto Firmino from a 'work' perspective but just double the goals

Anyway, that's my opinion, from the games I've seen.

Not convinced by that argument. Lots of teams try to shut up shop against Spurs - they are just a powerful team with attacking fullbacks and teams struggle against that.Originally posted by Maxiedge View PostThey have done well, I'm not denying that, but they are in a advantageous position where they are not seen as a prestige game by the lesser teams and they won't shut up shop. I also think that there are always a few games at the end of the season when teams get blown away. I suspect the truth is that the Leicester game is a bit of an anomaly in that they have been 'slowing down' into the end of season and Spurs got to work out their frustrations."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

They also don't leave the back door open and are physically stronger than us.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostThey have more success than we do against the average teams because the have the players that we are missing, namely fast as **** fullbacks who overlap and create goals.Vive la France

interesting observation.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostThey have more success than we do against the average teams because the have the players that we are missing, namely fast as **** fullbacks who overlap and create goals.
someone posted the top six league table showing how we did against the others.
we topped that mini league.
our real struggle has been against the bus parkers.
i wonder what teams have done the best against the lower half teams...
like a league showing who did best against the teams from the bottom half of the league.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
