Oh I say his vision there was lovely

He's also got as many hat-tricks as Marlon Harewood, Paul Kitson, Jonathan Walters, and Gavin Peacock combined

Well done Harry Kane. The last time Spurs had a forward as prolific as him was Clive Allen in the '80s. They won bugger all with him as well (FA Cup doesn't count..)
            Really?

Genuine improvement this year. Despite all the buzz around them the last few years their points tally barely changed.

                29 goals in 29 starts.

And a DM wins PL player of season.

Kane reminds me of Fowler in that he knows where the net is and has that anticipation to always be in the right place.

I saw an analysis that suggested Costa's goals won his team more points.

I think Kante deserved player of the season.

That's hardly surprising considering Chelsea had so many narrow victories.

And I wasn't suggesting that Kane should get it, but I'm sure there won't be too many season's when a player practically has a 100% scoring rate and he's not seen as the best player in the league, likewise not many teams will have the season Spurs had and still finish empty handed and I for one think it's bloody marvellous.

                          Hope not.

Well now I think about it, maybe it wouldn't be so bad. He'll cost a fortune ("twice the player VVD, so worth twice the price" ) and United already have a great defence, so how much will he add? It will put a sizeable dent in their budget and although Spurs could easily invest the money wisely, it will still be a blow to lose him, both on the pitch and for their reputation, not able to hold on to their better players.

Well Walker is going to City - I can't see Spurs selling many more.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Admittedly it was only selected tweets I read and was in an article about VVD, but there did seem to be a bit of acceptance that Ald Toby was leaving amongst Spurs fans.

I remember when we were linked with Trippier and it was a general no no. Spurs fans seem quite happy with letting Walker going as many reckon Trippier will be better.
