Other than blanket VAR then I would think it's the only way.

Pochettino is now saying his players need to harass the referee like other big teams.....this guy is a complete moron

Would love to see them fall apart and fail to qualify for CL. They'd be picked apart and fade into obscurity.

Pochettino is a **** and conserving he's won **** all has a lot to say. They went 1-0 up the other night and thought it was job done then got their arsed handed to them.

            Glorious.

They've got 3 away games in a row (Bournemouth, Chelsea and Stoke), and then man city at home. Just need their confidence to fade and they could drop s few there. The Chelsea game could be a big one.

Inevitably they use other contextual factors such as the reaction of the players involved, of other players, of the crowd, the reputations of the players etc etc because it's a tiny bit more reliable than completely guessing in some of these situations. But it relies on conventions of good sportsmanship to be more accurate than guessing. More than a lack of good sportsmanship, actively trying to deceive exploits the assumption that they won't and it makes officiating worse, because refs have to revert to guesswork. They have no choice.
Largely agree but did they not also fool what would be VAR after the fact?

This sequence could very easily end with them out of the 4, replaced by Chelsea.

Kane commits to at least one more season. I hope he ****s off to Real Madrid or Bayern or somewhere like that.

Surely he means "No more dickhead policy"? As the club is already full of them.

When's their next match? I think Shreeves should ask Kane where he stands on remaining in the customs union and if he has any particular ideas on appeasing the DUP's, no special status stance. It'd be no worse than some of his other car crash interviews.
