Yeah, Ajax were too naive and lacked the experience to manage the game. It was all too crazy and gung ho and Spurs benefited from it. It will not happen when we play them.

Regardless of opponent surely it's our turn to win something? It's just klopps record in finals that worries me a little.

        3 weeks of no sleep.
Klopp's record in finals is irrelevant. It's what you make out of the next one that matters.

Let them play Kane. He'll be half fit.

Wonder if we'll play a friendly or something, it's a hell of a wait.

The thing is. Spurs didn’t actually play alll that well for almost all of that tie, even second half it was all long ball stuff. Ajax has lots of chances.

No away goals in the final.

Absolutely. Moura is a treat though, he played well against us as well I thought. He has pace to trouble the full backs.

Spurs were the worst outcome in hindsight. I didn't think Ajax would be anywhere near as inexperienced as that.

We've already done the double over them mind.

We do internal games quite a lot. Probably less this season but it's something Klopp has done plenty of in the past.

yep that’s the thing, Ajax were tailor made for our game, we’d have ripped them to bits because they wouldn’t have changed their game to accomodate us.

Spurs in the other hand....we are better, the table doesn’t lie and we beat them comfortably away but were a bit lucky at home. On their night they can beat anyone also (City game) and have enough match winners + an excellent manager. I don’t fear them but I am wary.

The one thing is if you had said to me in August beat Spurs for no6 I’d have bitten your hand off but they’d have been equally as happy to beat us for no1.
