I'm baffled about the Mourinho love. He says we're ****ed about ten times a day, is that endearing?

I don't think the players, bar a few, like him that much. Lloris calls him, "this manager" you can see why he's been captain though, certainly compared with Kane, ffs.

Anyway on Mourinho. We always knew his teams act like cunts because of him but its laid out at half time in the city game when he tells them the record books don't mention if the team was nice or not. Also, his contempt of the medical staff is obvious.

I loved Son's reaction to the MRI, "that machine sees everything". Son is absolutely top class on and off the pitch.

The next three are going to be worth a watch as well, covid and finishing in the Europa which Scholar Levy will loathe.

It wasn't just when he was getting the bad news either, it was with pretty much every interaction, minor updates on other players, recommending Son has a scan (before they knew how serious it was).

He's all comradery with everyone else, but apparent disdain for a doctor just doing his job.

I think you’re making assumptions. I don’t actually ‘want’ to see him as anything in particular. I liked him in the first few episodes. I’m just reacting to what I’m being shown. Of course on balance, we are only seeing snap shots.

Hardly surprising that he's being likeable or charismatic with a camera in his face. Not to say he isn't likeable or charismatic All of his ex-players seem to mostly love him (save for the ones that hate him) but if anyone could turn on the charm in front of a camera, it's surely him

I've been really enjoying it - and what a revelation Mourinho is. Completely different to his public persona, and genuinely likeable.
