They're not bothered about that. They won the league in October!

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

They were really unlucky last night. Both of West Ham’s goals were pretty farcical.

Spurs are now refusing to score first in any league and cup games!

If only there was some sort of precedent here in a game involving Spurs…

That's not a bad challenge. Its assault. There is no way a professional football could make such a poor legit attempt at the ball.

How does VAR look at both incidents and deem the Jones one to be worse? There is a shocking lack of consistency with VAR game to game and week to week.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

No point comparing anything to the Jones incident, that one was in the past and I imagine since then they have had an edict to not get overly zealous with potential red cards. Same with the Quansah penalty call, straight after that match i would have thought a call went round to emphasise the threshold for contact in the box is higher (otherwise there would be penalties galore every game), so in the game later that day the contact wasn't deemed penalty worthy.

Feels that way, but we were just the unlucky ones who have these incidents first.

Still can't keep us from the top of the league tho, no matter how hard they try!

I could believe that they might have changed things in the weeks since the Jones red card, but I don't believe that they would change their guidance to officials between a 12:30 kick off and a 17:30 kick off on the same day.
