Why? He strikes me as an arrogant prick. I wonder, if he was south American rather than Australian, would people find his sarcasm and grumpiness endearing? And at the end of his acclimatising period hes lost five of the last six games, with the win being a close home game with Burnley.Last edited by Kenneth; 15-05-24, 09:43 AM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

TBH I didn't think we had a rivalry with Chelsea, only two fixtures I ever look at is ManU and the Blue****e, the rest is, mehOriginally posted by dom9 View PostImagine being so smalltime that you'd rather miss out on Champions League football than see a rival win the league.
I was chatting to a Chelsea supporting colleague a couple of years ago, and he hates LFC so much he'd rather lose everything than see us win the league.
Sad.I make no apologies, this is me

A different perspective on the Spurs-Arsenal situation:

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

But they are pretty small time. They haven’t won anything of note for decades. They know that as well as anyone and they went into that game having lost 4 out their last 5 with their **** team having practically thrown away CL football, save for a ‘never going to happen’ win against the best club side in the world. They knew the team had blown it before kickoff, like they’ve done so many times before. I don’t blame them at all for taking some solace in watching their biggest rivals struggle tbh.Originally posted by dom9 View PostImagine being so smalltime that you'd rather miss out on Champions League football than see a rival win the league.

Maybe the manager should be apologising to the fans for the hammerings they had leading up to this game, actually taking some responsibility, rather than slagging off the fans as they lost the 5th game in 6. What a **** cunt. All this “Ange is furious” nonsense, a guy with a record of club management in third rate leagues is furious as his PL team crumble when it matters and is really disappointed that the fans don’t match his relentless pursuit of sporting excellence
pull the other one. It’s a man deflecting from his failings, and quite successfully so, seemingly.
