The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Manchester City's Micah Richards was taken to hospital after he was knocked out in a collision with team-mate Tal Ben Haim in the 3-0 win over West Ham.
The England international defender lay on the ground for eight minutes after the incident early in the second half.
He was put in a neck brace and was given oxygen before he was carried from the pitch at Eastlands.
Richards came round in the dressing room but was taken to Manchester Royal Infirmary for further checks.
Boss Mark Hughes said: "He's a little bit groggy.
"When the stretcher bearers go out you do worry but it was not as bad as it looked.
"It's a head injury, not a neck injury and by all accounts he is a little bit concussed but should be OK."
United look weak tonight. Fletcher on the right, Evra left (wing) and O'Shea at left-back. **** bench too.
Pompey going 3-5-2 with Kaboul, Distin and Sol at the back and two proper wing-backs in Johnson and (Armand) Traore. Diop, Diarra and Davis in the middle of the park with Crouchie and Defoe up front.
Come on Pompey.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
