I heard a little thing on the radio yesterday where it was alleged (note alleged) that Chelsea were prepared to offer 80 million for Kaka.
Being an old arse I am pretty disallusioned by modern football and the money involved but this just makes me totally disgusted if true.
Personally it doesn't matter any more that Chelsea or whomever want to buy success because that is what it is but 80 million pounds could virtually buy a small hospital and that is what disgusts me.
Football is not that important despite what anyone says and I personally don't give a toss about it while people and organisations are struggling yet money like this is being chucked around.
To misquote the SAS, who cares who wins? (these days).
