That bit is nonsense. There is no individual in the world that is worth 10 times what Roman is. RA is worth around $23 billion. The current richest individual, even if you include heads-of-state, is Warren Buffett who is listed as having around $62 billion. The richest head-of-state is King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand with $35 billion. This of course is just personal wealth. The Heads-of-state of places like Abu Dhabi and Dubai will have access to much more but it is not their personal wealth it is the wealth of the State. Dr Al-Fahim is not a member of the royal family of Abu Dhabi and has no personal access to it's wealth. In fact, as far as I can tell, his personal wealth is not massive. It's not listed anywhere on any list of world's richest.
