Following Mike Ashley's statement declaring his intent to sell NUFC after coordinated supporters mass protests should we as Liverpool Football Club supporter's be taking equally vociferous action?

Surely its still more complex than that no matter how correct you are with your points ?? Wasn't GG at the game yesterday sitting in the box and in everyway possible without damaging the team couldn't he have got the message across in the strongest of terms forcing him away? You are right as well about the financial motivation of the two of them so why aren't we abandoning the club shop and other merchandise streams en masse and forcing their hand before other opportunities pass us by ?Originally posted by dww View Post

Ashley has only made 1 mistake. The second he bought Newcastle he should have made his intentions clear about running a tight ship financially based around 'Arsenal's model' and also made the club structure clear
Judging from his statement he seems to be a genuine footy fan who has personally invested more money than the Newcastle fans deserve and some of his signings this summer have not been bad and he could have been a good thing for newcastle. Selling Milner for £12m was an easy decision, ridiculous fee for an average playerComment

GG was at the game but it hardly seems like a passion I suspect he must have had some business to do in the country. Tickets to a big game would have been a good freebie for staff etc. any way.
