          Yeah, the true test will be when he starts losing as with all managers. He does come across well though and think this was part of the reason Chelsea went for him, amongst other criteria of course.

                    there was a funny quote from him a few years back about getting the job as portugal coach - something along the lines of getting the job being like getting married but actually seeing the team he had to work with was like waking up with an utter mutt the next morning. priceless obviously.

                      It's a refreshing change to have a manager in the PL who doesn't slate the ref and practically call for their lynching at every available opportunity.

                      When directly asked about a bad decision his reply was "Well, discussing it now is not going to change anything so let's just move on" (not sure the exact wording, but that was definately the gist).

                      Respect for that.
