    Screech Feilani

    He's crap isn't he!

I know it's early days and if he was one of ours we'd be giving him time, but the Bluenoses I know are all sure he's a total dud.

Is this the worst ever example of a panic buy? £15m FFS...right at the last minute of deadline day.

I think (hope) that this calamity becomes a millstone for that ****** Moyes and another horror entry on his CV to go alongside Kroldrup.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Even before i saw him play for Everton, i'd seen our Liege games and couldnt work out why they'd paid £15m for him.

Staggering waste of money for a club that simply cannot afford to waste it.

He looks absymal. Thought there were at least 5 Liege players better than him in both legs aswell.

I think it was a peace offering to the fans - Look at what we can spend sort of move
£15m though looks like a waste of money

I'm reserving judgement on him for now, I've only seen him in the three games we've played but he's defo not stood out.

Pretty sure he's worth nowhere near what they paid but it was obviously a bit of a desperate signing and I wouldn't be surprised if our two Liege games were the first time anyone from Everton had ever clapped eyes on him.

Im quite proud to be fairly knowledgeable on football and when they paid £15m for him straight after we played Liege i was actually embarressed that i had not even noticed him. I thought Liege were a good solid team, not individuals but a proper team. Certainly don't remember taking any notice of this lad. Ever

£15m was a surprise for a player i knew next to nothing about. Looks like a dud but its early days yet i suppose

                    yup starting with that Dante.
Didnt think he looked a 15mill player, Liege must have pissed themselves when the offer came in

I think he has looked okay when on the ball, but Everton were dominated in midfield so he's obviously not yet the finished article. Moyes must have been embarrassed by his 5 man midfiled being battered by our 4.

But let's face it, had the volley he had not been blocked by Carra and not ruled out for a phantom foul on Reina, they would all have been saying he was the best thing since sliced bread.

When he played for us against Liege he seemed decent enough, though certainly not someone worth shelling out £15m for. Does not seem to be in the class of their first choice summer target, Joao Moutinho.

But he has the physiche(sp) and as many players before him have showed, it can take time to adjust to the pace of the premiership. Still a young lad to. But the first signs are not good.
                        Forwards.......

Apparently Redknapp was saying he turned down a £15m bid for Diarra at the end of the transfer window - what would you make the odds of it having been from Everton and that they just had £15m burning a whole in their pocket and a desperate need for a CM?

I have to say I vaguely remember being impressed with Feilani against us for Liege but can't recall any specifics. Was totally anonymous in the derby. To a degree I'm not sure it even matters whether he is a good player as he isn't the right sort of player for Everton. They weren't looking to evolve in style but they will have to as they no longer have two defensive minded CMs to call upon and Neville looks increasingly desperate whenever I see him play.

Still I think he probably deserves a bit more time as the team around him have gone to ****, even loosing their traditional stability and miserly defense.

Didn't think he was that bad tbh. Too early to judge him too.
