he's a beast in the air, and will score a few goals for them, but 15mill was a ridiculous amount to pay for him.

Was funny how they went from trying for Moutinho to grasping at Fellaini

The bitters are suggesting he wasn't 15m and it only rises to that when they win things

That was Spurs. But I do think the buy smacked of desperation. I know Everton were at pains to say they had been monitoring him for a long time prior to the games against us, but i've seen many a player in his time play out of their skin against us and then drop down to their usual levels shortly after.

I'd rather discounted the possibility of it being Spurs on the basis that he is the sort of player they need.

Exactly right in what you say. Think they will sort out that problem in January and maybe Roman Pav will have settled in by then. I think they'll finish the season strong.

I thought he was good against us in the CL, but to pay 15m based on those 2 games is shocking and desperate. I don not believe they would have scouted him beforehand and am convinced he was a panic buy.

I kind of feel sorry for him. After the three games he's had against us he must be wondering why the **** he left a team like Liege to go and play for Everton
