    Everton's Nuno Valente seen buying 100 lottery tickets

    Premier league star Nuno Valente held up a shop queue as staff processed his 100 lottery tickets.

    It took 20 minutes to sort the Everton player’s EuroMillions purchase.

    An assistant at the Sainsbury’s in Liverpool said: “The shop was busy and customers were annoyed. It was really funny.”
    Now, either he was trying to raise funds to get his dog back or if he'd have won he would've bought the club out!

    The price of his 100 lottery tickets would have been just about enough to have bought the club out anyway, regardless of whether he won or not.
