Thanjk you.

It's obviously a quality goal but I'm absolutely shocked at just how good some think it is. It wasn't even a ****ing competitive match! It's one opportunistic hit, a brilliant one but it doesn't compare to outstanding solo runs or team goals.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Lot of English commentary on it today is exaggerating it alright.................trying to see the silver lining in getting beat perhaps.
Just surprised Roy hasn't come out and taken some of the credit for it.

People who watched the goal live will think its much better than people who didn't. Those watching the game couldn't have expected that happening. He just did it so quick and nobody else would have even thought of it. My mate jumped out his seat and onto the floor he was so taken aback
Obviously people who heard about it and are now watching the videos won't be quite as impressed because the element of surprise is gone
overated goal. Ibra is a great striker of the ball, great technique, but that goal was lucky. Give me a Maxi Goal of the season 20 passes volley, Tony Yeboah or even Pablo di canio scissor kick wonder
How anyone can compare that goal with van Basten's, Maradona v England (non cheating goal) or even lil Luis volleying over Buffon from 30 yards is beyond me.
It is comparable to Rooney's Man U goal of the season as that one was also a jammy hit.
They had the confidence to try it and it paid off, no doubt but greatest? Not even close.
