Thanjk you.

Frustrated the hell out of me but he is eminently likeable and will do a great job for the likes of Sunderland. Not a striker out of the top drawer but about as good as you'd get for a mid-level Prem side.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
Althought ive just remembered my mate was in the same hotel as the team when we played in that comp in Japan and him and Cisse was in the lift and he asked for a autograph and he just ignored him.

fowler did the same thing to me and my cousin the evening of his hattrick vrs arsenal (not the 3 min one) - we were only about 14 at the time and waited for all the players to come out of the lounge. I had a shirt signed by most players and fowler just walked past the two of us without even acknowledging people who were asking for his autograph......
kinda ruined the whole "god" ****e for me to be honest...... thought he was a bit of a ******....
also, fowler was only around 23 then..... john barnes stayed for about half an hour talking to the fans, posing for pics, etc..... true LEGEND
Legend must be the most overused words in the English language, anyones a legend these days it seems
Nice guy, yes, legend, definitely not.
His niceness is legendary.
Actually I struggle with this apparent campaign to restrict the meaning of the word 'legend'. Quite apart from the fact that people are free to categorize people how they wish, there is also the issue of the textbook definition. Among other definitions for 'legend' from Dictionary.com:
6. a collection of stories about an admirable person.
7. a person who is the center of such stories: She became a legend in her own lifetime.
There are plenty of stories about Cissé which show him in an admirable light. Just because he isn't admired for his football, it doesn't mean he's not admirable in other respects. So why can't he be a legend?
I think you're confusing 'legend' with the term 'great player'.
What do you think?
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
