    Ramos sacked,Redknapp in........

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/7691457.stm

Camolli and Ramos was terrible for Spurs.I think this is the right appointment for them,if anyone can keep Spurs up it's probably Redknapp.Camolli deserved to go more than Ramos imo as he was the incapable prick in charge of signing/selling players.

I bet they wish they had the Portsmouth front two.Tbh,i wouldn't be surprised if Redknapp goes in for the both of them in January.Could do a lot worse.

Also, instead of feeling sorry for themselves with the departures of Keane and Berbatov, they should of been in there buying players to replace them.I mean,Berbatov said he wanted to leave before the season even ended. Why keep him all through pre season, right until the last day of the transfer window?Ridiculous events they were.

I really hope Spurs do stay up as i do have a soft spot for them, living most of my life in the area. Most of my mates are Spurs and i do get to watch Liverpool aswell when we play them.

You got to feel sorry for Portsmouth in all this. They had a great season last year and with Defoe and Crouch look quite good.I doubt they will both remain at the club now.

      Defoe anyone?

If Harry weren't English and 'loveable' would he be called a mercenary?

I would love Defoe in our squad but he would never come to Liverpool and sit on our bench. Defoe can't perform that second striker role that Rafa likes.

Agreed, although it'll be his last chance at a 'big' club.

Harry Redknapp is a ****ing bellend.

If I was Peter Crouch I would be furious.

Got to say that going to Spurs in their situation, the man has got MASSIVE ****ing balls.

And probably an equally big wallet now, with huge survival bonus.

Mate,Spurs is a massive club with great history and support.I really don't think it took Redknapp too long to decide once he was contacted. The good thing for spurs is that they have time on their side, and the transfer window to turn things around.

After this appointment,i really can't see them going down.

Spurs are not a massive club They are mid-table club that make up the numbers and most of their fans are cunts

Was hoping they would go down but looks like it wont happen now. Harry will sign a couple of big strong centre mids in january and they will go back to being a mid-table club again

I do see where your coming from by saying though.I think it's the fact of seeing a big club in such turmoil.I felt the same when Leeds were going down and also feel the same way for Newcastle.See,it just goes to prove,it's just not about how much money you spend. These clubs are terrific examples of this.

Excellent decision from Levy, the sacking of Comolli was even more important.

Too bad we haven't played them yet, they won't be **** anymore.

Old 'Arry took Pompey as far as he could, he's doing a brave, yet smart decision.
