    Theatre of Dreams...

    ...it frikking annoys me. The name that is.

    It is gay (No offence to any bummers out there).

    I mean...who coined it (I can't be arsed looking it up)? To me it emotes brevity of fantasy and make believe. It is cack. It is pretentious. Now...Stadium of Light is a great name...for Benfica

    And don't even get me started on Red Devils....It is a junior schoolboy's nickname for a team! Mind you...some of them have the nerve to call themselves "The Reds"...sheesh!

    I have had a bad week and am starting to rant randomly,. Night night.

      Completely agree. It annoys the hell out of me too every time I hear it.

      I think it was Bobby Charlton that came up with the name. Don't know when though.

                heard an ad last night on the radio for tickets and flights to said "theatre of dreams" and was going to post something similar.

                and byjasyus are you right. a title spewed from the septic boiled-covered arsehole of a skycunt nation.
