Tbf he has Archie Knox there whos one of the most experienced coaches around

It could actually get a lot worse for them, from BBC gossip:

Blackburn manager Paul Ince's job is hanging by a thread after their run of defeats continued against Wigan on Saturday - and former Rovers boss Graeme Souness is the clear favourite to replace him. (Daily Mirror)

It was a bizarre decision to appoint him in the first place. By their own admission Blackburn had 40 or 50 applicants, I fail to see how he was the strongest candidate especially when Allardyce was a dead cert to have sent his CV in.

That's always puzzled me too, surely there were stronger applicants than Ince, a bizzare choice from Blackburn, I give him until the weekend

I would of thought blackburn will put in a caretake then when Mark hughes is sacked they make a move for him.

Very strange guy.
