I wouldn't be surprised at his lack of friends judging by the stories but surely there was some 'elder' coach who would be able to help him out.

No club can afford relegation but if you install a man who was clearly inexperienced then show some believe in him. If not, get rid of him because the transfer window is round the corner.

I find Ince unnerving and painful to watch in interviews as he's clearly not right in the head. He always sounds like someone's about to shoot him, talks in a high-pitched babbling nervous voice with about five million "you know"s thrown in, while his eyes are always darting about. Very strange guy.
