    Huntelaar agrees Real Madrid move

    Cheap as Chips. h:

Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has agreed a £17m January transfer window move to Real Madrid, the Spanish giants have said.

The Ajax striker, 25, who will be the sixth Dutch player at the Bernabeu, will sign a contract until 2013.

A number of Premier League clubs including Arsenal and Manchester United were thought to be tracking Huntelaar.

The Netherlands international will be seen as a replacement for Ruud van Nistelrooy, who will be out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.

Didn't take him long. He might be just want they need since they are six points behind.

    Sneijder is the biggest loss.

Not rated him but he's got his chance will be interesting to see how he does. I believe a lack of pace would be his undoing in the English game.

He is more or less the same type of player as RvN. He would cope with the PL without any problem IMO.

I do think that Ajax will get an even better player in Marcus Berg.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

He'll be a very good signing for them.

you forget the legend that was Arron Winter! I'm sure there are loads more left of the list, it is quite incredible how well Ajax have done over the years in rearing players.

As for Huntelaar, guess a lot of clubs were interested but perhaps no one was quite sure if he would turn out to be more RVN or Kuyt/Kezmen type player. But 76 goals in 92 games is unreal!

Do you think they'll play him on the wing?
